George_-_elizabeth

Elizabeth: I want to ask you some questions. Let’s see, what should I ask you about?

George: I want to look at pictures! Please can we look at pictures of me and Midnight?

E: Okay, in just a minute. Who is Midnight?

G: A horse.

E: Was it fun to ride her?

G: Yeah. She was tromping. Horsies tromp and cluk, cluk, cluk.

E: What’s another animal that you like?

G: Tigers.

E: And what do they do?

G: They run and they chew other animals. And I love hyenas.

E: What do hyenas do?

G: They eat some kind of flowers. Or I think they eat lions. And they try to eat some kind of turkey. And they eat some kind of trucks. (Laughs) And they eat a kind of people. Ha-ha! They don’t eat people!

E: What should we do today?

G: Let’s go to the park. No, I don’t want to go to the park. Let’s get a lollipop. Please!! You can ride on lollipops like horses.

E: Are you tricking me?

G: No, I’m eating you! Grrrrrrr! I’m the tiger and you’re the zookeeper.

E: Are you a gentle tiger?

G: (Growls quietly and nods as he snuggles.) … Now I’m a bad tiger! Grrrrrrrr!!!
