Subscriptions

Beginning Issue

If you do not indicate otherwise, subscriptions begin with the next issue of Dumbo Feather, which is published quarterly. It may be up to three months before you receive a magazine in this case. Copies of the current issue can be purchased separately through this site. You may also indicate that you wish your subscription to begin with this issue.

Gift Subscriptions

We know a lot of people buy subscriptions and also receive them as gifts. If you find yourself with multiple subscriptions, get in touch with us and we’ll roll them together for you into something lengthier. No refunds are offered on gift subscriptions.

Per-issue (ongoing) subscriptions

If you have paid an ongoing subscription, you will be notified before your card is charged and given an opportunity to opt-out. The charge is non-refundable after the magazine has been posted.

Flat-rate annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after time of purchase. If you do not require magazines for a period of time (for instance, if you are travelling), you may contact us to put your subscription on hold.

All subscriptions

We will replace damaged copies at no charge, and will issue a replacement at no cost if you have not received a copy within 21 days of mailing (for Australian orders). It is your responsibility to keep your postage details up to date, we will not send replacement copies if you have not updated your address.
