Yes indeed, our little ‘mook’ has made it all the way across the Pacific and will be in Barnes & Noble stores throughout America any day now. This is the first order from B&N and it’s REALLY important that the copies we’ve sent over sell… if not, they’ll just be pulped (ouch) and they might not order again. We don’t know that many folk in America so it’d be great if y’all who love it here could tell everyone you know over there that something special has arrived in their part of the world… email your friends, blog about it… you know the drill!
