Sometimes you can create a dream job.
Our new video head Marc Whiteway did just this.
Canadian Marc, who’s worked with some of the biggest networks and production companies in Canada, created the following video and sent it through to our publisher Berry.
Of course, Berry fell in love and Marc’s now with us full time with the mission of capturing extraordinary ideas and people in video. Stay tuned!
The following is a tale of Sydney-based shoemaker Andrew McDonald.
Keep a look out for new video content weekly here on our blog, but also on our Vimeo and YouTube accounts.

Enjoyed learning about Andrew's approach to his shoe making.
I like shoes(although often my shoes don't always reflect my appreciation of shoes) so it was interesting to hear Andrew's perspective. I was wondering what he was wearing. My brother is called Andrew, my daughter Meg has made shoes; one pair of boots from a leather jacket (now that's recycling!), My mother(Susey) donated a pair of English clogs to the Powerhouse. I would like to visit Andrew's shop sometime and take my daughter along. One of my sons(Angus) (whose middle name is William) (as in Street in Paddington) has just bought a sewing machine to make a few things with his wife (Suzi). He's keen but they won't be shoes. This video will interest him for the sewing machine as well as the shoes. I'll message him. Good one Berry! and Good One Dumbo Feather. I take video and do stories too! Regards Steve
