I lead such a busy life (working, teaching and studying) that it's hard to take time out sometimes, or to find the time to explore and contemplate new projects, pipedreams or even just beauty in the little things. Dumbo Feather is my chance to be still for a moment, to sit by myself and be inspired and encouraged to follow and pursue projects that may seem out of reach. Almost more importantly, each issue never fails to reignite my heart for people and their passions, and I find I am able to be more encouraging and motivating to clients, colleagues and students. I try to make each issue last as long as possible, allowing myself 20minutes, one story and a cup of tea only after reaching certain goals. Not only is Dumbo Feather a great motivator, a fantastic way for people to share their lives and inspirations, but it is also a great time management tool!
